As the name suggests, Yantra means ‘instrument’ and Shree means “Goddess Lakshmi” (wealth and prosperity), so Shree Yantra is an instrument consisting of the geometrical formation of nine triangles inscribed on the metallic plate or paper. Four triangles point upwards and five point downwards which together leads to the formation of forty three small triangles. Shree Yantra is a combination of divine powers of God and Goddesses that spreads the wave of materialistic and spiritual upliftment in one’s life. Vaibhav Lakshmi puja is the worship of the yantra of Lakshmi Ji to receive her blessings in the form of fortune, good luck, success, harmony and peace. This puja is mainly observed by female members of the family.
